We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to support live events, promotional campaigns, and community outreach initiatives. Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site operations
Greet and engage attendees while communicating event details, promotions, and brand messaging
Represent client brands in a professional, energetic, and engaging manner
Deliver high-quality customer service to guests and participants
Support brand activations, marketing events, and community outreach campaigns
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and successful event execution
Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States
Outgoing, dependable, and comfortable interacting with the public
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
Punctual, motivated, and eager to learn
Interest in events, marketing, promotions, public relations, or community outreach
Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus—but not required
