    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a proactive and organized Event Assistant to support the planning and execution of events from start to finish. This role involves assisting with logistics, coordinating vendors, managing event materials, and ensuring a smooth experience for all attendees. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events such as conferences, corporate gatherings, promotional events, and private functions.

    • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and other external parties to confirm arrangements.

    • Help manage event timelines, checklists, and schedules.

    • Support with set-up and tear-down of event spaces.

    • Handle event materials including registration lists, signage, giveaways, and supplies.

    • Greet and assist guests during events, ensuring a high level of customer service.

    • Maintain event documentation and help with post-event reporting and feedback collection.

    • Perform administrative duties such as preparing event materials and updating databases.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, communications, or related field is a plus.

    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or event planning software.
