Job Title: Event Bartender (On-Call)

We are seeking reliable bartenders to join our team on an as-needed basis for private events and special functions. This position is ideal for individuals who are comfortable working independently, managing their own bar setup, and providing professional, efficient service in a fast-paced event environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and nonalcoholic beverages

Operate cash bars and hosted bars depending on event needs

Set up and break down temporary bar stations, Maintain a clean, organized bar area during service

Verify IDs and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines

Provide friendly and professional guest service

Requirements

Bartending experience preferred (event bar experience a plus)

Title 4 Arizona Alcohol Server Certificate Required

Knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, and wine service

Ability to work independently and manage bar service without supervision

Comfortable with labor-intensive setups, including lifting ice chests, coolers, and bar equipment

Professional appearance and strong guest interaction skills

Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays

Reliable transportation and punctuality required

Schedule: Event-based / On-call (Typically Thursday- Sundays late Afternoon and Evenings with occasional mid-mornings, about a weeks advanced notice of bar schedule.)
