Learn the full event process from planning to execution, including timelines, checklists, budgeting, vendor sourcing, and client meetings. Support on-site coordination, setup, and breakdown. Build skills in client communication, relationship management, and vendor negotiations. Assist with warehouse prep and logistics such as rentals, guest lists, and seating. Develop creative design skills with branding, layouts, and decor planning. Contribute to digital marketing by creating content for Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok. Support with email campaigns, trend research, organizing Dropbox files, and coordinating post-event deliverables. Monitor performance metrics and help grow engagement and email list. Gain hands-on experience in all aspects of luxury event production, design, and marketing.
Intern Requirements
Strong eye for design and aesthetics
Interest in luxury events, marketing, or creative direction
Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Canva
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and with a team
Willingness to assist with hands-on tasks (warehouse, on-site)
Bonus: experience with photography, video editing, or Adobe Creative Suite
