    Do you enjoy the process of planning and carrying out successful events? Are you passionate about providing fun experiences that make people want to return to a business again and again? If so, we want to meet you! We are looking for an Event Coordinator to organize special events for our company. As the Event Coordinator, you will serve as the host for small events and coordinate with the banquet director to facilitate large events. You will also be responsible for direct contact with couples on their wedding day to help coordinate timing for ceremonies, formalities on their wedding day and add a personalized touch. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and willing to take initiative. Pay based on experience, inquire within.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with management and the banquet director and sales specialist to plan events

    Coordinate the event logistics

    Set up and tear down the day of the event

    Report to management regarding events, including recommended improvements

    Qualifications:

    Outgoing, energetic personality

    1 - 3 years of event planning experience

    Ability to take the initiative on projects

    Good organization skills and an eye for detail

    Reliable with excellent time management
