In this role, you'll coordinate catering services for weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings—ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed and every guest leaves with an unforgettable experience. This is a key leadership role during our peak season, requiring 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule based on event needs.

While this is a seasonal position, year-round employment may be available for the right candidate. Pay ranges from $21–$26/hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate catering and logistics for weddings, meetings, and special events

• Serve as the primary contact for clients, vendors, and internal departments

• Manage timelines, menus, layouts, and setup plans

• Handle deposits, create event orders, and ensure accurate billing

• Support marketing efforts and proposals for catering services

• Supervise on-site event staff and banquet teams

Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in event coordination or food & beverage management

• Strong computer skills; proficiency in Excel, Word, and Windows

• Highly organized with excellent communication and multitasking abilities

• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed

• Leadership mindset and a team-oriented approach

Performance Measurement:
