Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of event planning and execution.

• Source and manage vendors, venues, and logistics.

• Create detailed event timelines, schedules, and budgets.

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the event.

• Support on-site event operations to ensure smooth execution.

• Provide post-event reports, feedback, and improvement recommendations.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends, when required.
