    Do you enjoy the process of planning and carrying out successful events? Are you passionate about providing fun experiences that make people want to return to a business again and again? If so, we want to meet you! We are looking for an Event Coordinator to organize special events for our agency. As the Event Coordinator, you will serve as the host for small events and coordinate with marketing to facilitate large events. You also will be responsible for setting up and tearing down events. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and willing to take initiative.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with management and the marketing team to plan events

    Coordinate the event logistics

    Set up and tear down the day of the event

    Report to management regarding events, including recommended improvements

    Assist with the agency's Capital Campaign project to help reach the target goal

    Assist with the agency's Annual Fundraiser (Agency is a non-profit)

    Qualifications:

    Outgoing, energetic personality

    1 - 3 years of event planning experience

    Ability to take the initiative on projects

    Good organization skills and an eye for detail

    Reliable with excellent time management
