We are seeking a dedicated and organized Event Coordinator to join our growing team in Kansas City. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing corporate and client-facing events from start to finish. This position requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage all aspects of events including logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and budgeting

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to align event goals with strategic objectives

• Secure venues, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with vendors and service providers

• Create detailed event proposals and timelines

• Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown

• Ensure smooth operation and high-quality attendee experiences

• Track event performance and gather feedback for future improvements

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience coordinating corporate or large-scale events

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage budgets and negotiate vendor contracts

• Flexible schedule to support occasional evening or weekend events

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software is a plus
