This role involves close collaboration with clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless event experiences.

    Responsibilities:

    Collaborate with management and the marketing director to plan events

    Coordinate the event logistics

    Set up and tear down the day of the event

    Report to management regarding events, including recommended improvements

    Qualifications:

    Outgoing, energetic personality

    1 - 3 years of event planning experience

    Ability to take the initiative on projects

    Good organization skills and an eye for detail

    Reliable with excellent time management
