    Memoir is looking for an Immersive Experience Event Coordinator who has a background in both live events coordination and production coordination. We are looking for an individual who can handle the uniqueness of our show which is a blend of a live event and a production set. The ideal candidate is someone who is able to work with the Event Manager and Event Staff to support any needs that arise on a nightly basis, in real time. Must thrive with real time changes and solving challenges from night to night.

    Position Overview:

    • Event Coordinator will ensure all staff are aware of and adhere to quality standards and protocols set forth by the Event Manager
    • Event Coordinator will assist with coordination of shuttles, valet, on site parking, off site parking, and event staff.
    • Event Coordinator will provide excellent guest services to ensure Memoir quality standards are met by helping with customer service and ticketing issues.
    • Event Coordinator will be available to walk the event and monitor all staff and activations, providing guidance as needed and assisting the Event Manager with any necessary changes during the event.
    • Event Coordinator will oversee the Supervisors and ensure the event is running smoothly with both guest experience and staff performance.
    • Event Coordinator will help promote event safety by monitoring attendees for signs of disruptive behavior, like excessive intoxication, potential environmental hazards (tripping) and escalating issues to management as necessary.
    • Event Coordinator will answer a variety of guest questions, and must be knowledgeable about real time aspects of the event, providing the most accurate and up to date information possible.
    • Event Coordinator will conduct night of training for new hires and staffing agency hires.
    • Event Coordinator may assist the Event Manager with overseeing the daily opening and closing procedures of the event.
    • Event Coordinator reports to the Event Manager.
    Requirements:
    • Ability to to complete physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for long periods of time.
    • Ability to work outside in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold temperatures)
    • Ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs. Reasonable accommodations may be made to allow differently-abled individuals to perform the essential functions of the job.
    • At least one year of experience in a guest-facing role
    • Must be prompt, and be able to work all shifts as assigned.
    • Reliable forms of communication & transportation
    • Staff provide their own attire, with approval (black pants & shirts are recommended. Closed toe shoes are required at all times)
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and execute the operation of the event on a nightly basis per the Event Managers direction.
    The Ideal Candidate:
    • Has prior event experience
    • Has high quality customer service experience, excellent problem solving skills, and an acute attention to detail
    • Has prior experience with mobile ticketing platforms
    • Enjoys interacting with guests and also having a role behind the scenes
    • Has prior experience leading and motivating other team members
    • Is reliable
    • Customer service de-escalation expertise
    • Able to multitask
    • Ability to take initiative
    • Ability to manage staff, on-site HR, and scheduling
    • Ability to write nightly reports and fill out other needed documentation
    • Has an outwardly presentable demeanor & attitude
    • Has 7 days availability

    Dates: November 28, 2025- January 3rd 2026. Including holidays.

    Pay Details: Starting at $22.50/hr.
