The Event Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of corporate and branded events.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, including scheduling, logistics, vendor management, and client communication
Manage budgets and ensure cost-effective planning
Communicate with clients to understand event requirements and objectives
Oversee event setup and breakdown
Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with brand standards
Monitor event progress and resolve issues in real-time
Prepare post-event reports and client feedback summaries
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in event coordination or project management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
