We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, organizing, and executing events while ensuring that each occasion reflects Captura Hall’s standard of excellence. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal staff to ensure smooth and successful event operations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution from concept to completion
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event process
Manage timelines, budgets, and logistics to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
Collaborate with vendors, caterers, decorators, and entertainment providers
Supervise on-site event setup, execution, and breakdown
Anticipate and resolve potential issues to maintain event quality
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and venue regulations
Maintain accurate records and post-event reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
