We are currently seeking a motivated and organized Event Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events of varying scales. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of client and in-house events
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and third-party service providers
Oversee event timelines, budgets, and logistics
Prepare event materials including schedules, signage, and supplies
Conduct site visits and supervise event setup and breakdown
Monitor event performance and gather feedback for future improvements
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure brand consistency
Handle administrative tasks related to event documentation and reporting
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-3 years of experience in event planning or coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, when necessary
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to challenges
