    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of events from planning through execution and follow-up
    • Develop detailed event timelines and checklists to ensure smooth operation
    • Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and objectives
    • Source, negotiate with, and coordinate vendors, venues, and suppliers
    • Oversee event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination to ensure flawless execution
    • Manage event budgets and monitor expenses to stay within financial constraints
