Event Coordinator – Parties & Events (Part-Time)

Location: Bricks & Minifigs Hamilton

Do you love LEGO® and enjoy creating fun experiences for kids and families?

Bricks & Minifigs Hamilton is looking for an energetic, outgoing Event Coordinator to assist/lead LEGO® birthday parties, camps, in-store events, and community activities. If you enjoy being the person who brings energy to a room and helps kids have an amazing time, this could be the perfect role for you.

In this role, you’ll help assist/lead LEGO® birthday parties, our monthly Bricks & Brunch events, seasonal building events, and themed programs. You’ll also help assist/lead summer camps and holiday-themed camps, guiding kids through creative building challenges and hands-on LEGO activities while making sure every event runs smoothly and is fun for everyone involved.

You will also assist with off-site community events and outreach programs. When events are not taking place, you’ll help support customers and general store operations.

You will be working under our Events Lead at Bricks & Minifigs Hamilton.

What You'll Do

Assist/Lead LEGO® birthday parties and kids’ activities

Help run summer camps and holiday-themed camps

Assist in hosting in-store events and building challenges

Assist with community and off-site events

Set up and clean up event spaces

Engage with kids and families to create a fun, welcoming experience

Help promote upcoming events and assist with basic social media

Support general store operations when events aren’t happening
