We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events that align with our clients' objectives and brand vision. You will oversee all aspects of event logistics and work closely with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure seamless execution.
Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and manage events from concept to completion
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop event strategies and timelines
Source and negotiate with vendors and venues
Manage event budgets and ensure cost-efficiency
Coordinate event logistics including transportation, accommodations, equipment, and catering
Supervise event staff and ensure timely execution
Troubleshoot issues and ensure high-quality event delivery
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide feedback
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2+ years of experience in event coordination or a similar role
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning tools
Availability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as required
