Signal Tru Brand is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Event Coordinator to plan and execute high-impact events that reflect our clients’ values and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management, ensuring that each event is executed flawlessly from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of event planning, including venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure event needs are met
Manage timelines and ensure deadlines are met for all pre-event and on-site activities
Develop detailed event plans and contingency strategies
Monitor event performance, manage feedback, and implement improvements
Provide on-site leadership during events, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction
Prepare post-event reports and budget reconciliations
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coordinating events
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Knowledge of event management software and tools is a plus
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
