Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup, teardown, and on-site operations

• Support event marketing campaigns, promotions, and outreach

• Engage with attendees and provide information about clients or organizations

• Collect and analyze event feedback and performance metrics

• Collaborate with event managers and team members to ensure smooth operations

• Take on additional responsibilities as training progresses

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor

• Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn

• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments

• Interest in event planning, marketing, or operations

• Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or team support is a plus but not required
