We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Event Management Trainee to assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person marketing events.

Assist with the planning and execution of live marketing events and community outreach initiatives
Support event setup, breakdown, signage placement, materials preparation, and on-site logistics
Engage with event attendees and share information about nonprofit campaigns and brand initiatives
Help ensure events run smoothly and align with client goals and campaign objectives
Track basic event metrics, collect attendee feedback, and assist with post-event reporting
Collaborate with team members on public outreach strategies and promotional efforts
