About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Marketing Specialist to support the execution of experiential marketing initiatives and brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, anticipates challenges with contingency planning, and enjoys seeing projects come to life through tangible consumer experiences.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will play an integral role in bringing the brand to market through promotional events, trade shows, pop-ups, and large-scale campaigns. This is a hands-on position suited for individuals looking to build a career in experiential and event marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Event Execution & Brand Initiatives
Support the planning, coordination, and on-site execution of events, including promotions, activations, and trade shows
Assist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
Collaborate with the social media team to capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content during live events for digital use
Logistics & Material Management
Coordinate the production of marketing materials, including POP/POSM and branded assets, ensuring quality and timely delivery
Manage marketing inventory (“Marketing Closet”), including tracking, organizing, and coordinating shipment of event materials and promotional items
Collaboration & Research
Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors to ensure project timelines are met
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
Collect and organize event performance data (e.g., attendance, leads, engagement) and assist in preparing post-event reports
Operations & Administration
Support project management efforts, including tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
Provide general administrative and operational support to ensure smooth day-to-day marketing functions
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication and related field preferred
Ability to physically meet the demands of event setups, including lifting, moving, and handling event materials and equipment up to 40lbs.
