    In this role, you will support live promotional campaigns and represent client brands through in-person events and outreach initiatives. You'll work with both individual customers and professional clients, gaining exposure to a variety of sales environments while developing strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist in the planning and execution of in-person marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
    • Represent client brands by engaging directly with customers and business professionals at event locations
    • Build and maintain relationships by providing tailored solutions based on client and customer needs
    • Support event logistics including setup, coordination, and breakdown
    • Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to execute campaign strategies and outreach efforts
    • Track performance metrics and provide feedback to improve campaign effectiveness
    • Handle follow-ups, scheduling, and basic client coordination as needed
    • Stay informed on products, services, and campaign goals to effectively communicate value
    • Contribute ideas to improve engagement and overall campaign success
    • Maintain a professional, energetic presence at all times

    Qualifications

    • Must be at least 18 years of age
    • High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Comfortable engaging with a variety of audiences in face-to-face settings
    • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow
    • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
    • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
    • Reliable transportation within the Houston area
    • Availability to start within the next 2–3 weeks preferred
