Our events take place across North America, Europe, and Asia (India, Japan, and China) and include deep technical production needs, complex venue management, and dozens of co-located events.
This position reports to a Event Manager and will be responsible for fully owning the successful production and delivery of individual events, and collaborating across the team on shared deliverables for large events.

Coordinate all aspects of food and beverage, with an understanding of cultural and dietary considerations, regional cuisines, and volume-based planning for some events
Handle event logistics such as: space planning, staging, staff schedules, attendee communications, branding/environmental design, and health/safety protocols for some events
Create and maintain timelines, to-do lists, documentation, and planning processes for assigned events
Collaborate closely with teammates, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and community members to ensure seamless delivery and no details overlooked
Support creation and proofreading of event materials (e.g., website, signage, attendee/sponsor communications)
Provide proactive and solution-oriented customer support to attendees and event participants
Serve as a collaborative and trusted partner to vendors and internal teams; act as a skilled negotiator with a proven track record of staying on budget
Travel domestically and internationally to support on-site execution, up to 30% of the time
