    What You Will Work On

    • Create and maintain timelines, to-do lists, documentation, and planning processes for assigned events

    • Collaborate closely with teammates, vendors, sponsors, speakers, and community members to ensure seamless delivery and no details overlooked

    • Support creation and proofreading of event materials (e.g., website, signage, attendee/sponsor communications)

    • Provide proactive and solution-oriented customer support to attendees and event participants

    • Serve as a collaborative and trusted partner to vendors and internal teams; act as a skilled negotiator with a proven track record of staying on budget

    • Travel domestically and internationally to support on-site execution, up to 30% of the time
