    We are seeking a Full Time Event Planner/ Receptionist to organize special events for our company. As the Event Planner & Receptionist you will coordinate high-quality events that leave a lasting impression on our guests. Your responsibilities will also include planning, coordinating and executing events as well as front desk reception duties. The ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, and willing to take initiative.

    Responsibilities:

    Plan and organize all elements of event logistics

    Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and interest

    Assist General Manager with budget creation and adherence to it

    Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers

    Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations

    Evaluate the outcome of events and provide upper management with report and recommendations for improvement

    Assist with front desk/ receptionist duties utilizing Boulevard software

    Create an elevated patient experience

    Scheule appointments/ check patients out/ rebook appointments

    Qualifications:

    Outgoing, energetic personality with the ability to build business relationships

    Previous experiences as an Events Planner & Receptionist or similar role

    Ability to take the initiative on projects

    Strong organization and time management skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

    Previous Med-Spa and business building experience preferred.

    Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety regulations

    Quick Learner
