Responsibilities

• Support on-site event activities and assist with event setup

• Welcome and engage attendees, ensuring a positive experience

• Represent client brands professionally at events, trade shows, and activations

• Provide information and answer questions about products, services, or programs

• Help manage materials, presentations, and attendee interactions

• Assist the team in making sure events run smoothly

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, personable, and confident interacting with the public

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Comfortable working in fast-paced environments

• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

• High school diploma required ( Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or related field is a plus )

• Previous experience in customer service, events, or public engagement is helpful but not required
