We're currently seeking an energetic, outgoing Event Promotions Assistant to join our high-performing team. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in busy environments, and is eager to gain experience in event coordination, brand promotion, and public engagement.

What You'll Do

• Help with setup and breakdown of event booths, displays, and promotional materials

• Represent our clients with enthusiasm and professionalism at in-person events

• Hand out flyers, branded items, samples, and other promotional materials

• Engage with event attendees to promote client products, services, or campaigns

• Collect feedback and report insights from public interactions

• Maintain a positive, high-energy presence throughout each event

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Friendly, outgoing, and confident when engaging with the public

• Ability to stay organized and multitask in fast-paced environments

• Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends

• Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
