We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our event marketing team in the planning and execution of brand promotion campaigns across various live events. This role involves hands-on work in setting up promotional events, engaging directly with potential customers, and ensuring a seamless event experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating promotional event logistics
Support the setup and breakdown of event booths, materials, and signage
Represent client brands professionally during promotional events
Engage with attendees to communicate key messaging and collect feedback
Monitor event inventory and maintain accurate records
Collaborate with team members to meet marketing objectives and campaign goals
Provide post-event reports and performance insights
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
1+ years of experience in event coordination, promotions, or a customer-facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to change
Must be available for occasional evenings and weekends for event coverage
