Signal Tru Brand is seeking a motivated and energetic Event Promotions Assistant to support the planning and execution of live promotional events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys engaging with the public, and is eager to grow within the events and branding industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist in organizing, setting up, and executing promotional events across various locations

• Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner during in-person campaigns

• Support event logistics, including materials preparation, event layout, and coordination with vendors and partners

• Interact with potential customers to provide product information, answer questions, and encourage participation

• Track event performance metrics and provide post-event feedback to the marketing team

• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging throughout events

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous experience in promotions, events, or customer-facing roles is an advantage

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional travel
