The Event Promotions Assistant will play a key role in supporting the coordination, promotion, and execution of academy events. This position involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure events are professionally represented, well-attended, and aligned with our brand standards.

Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional activities for academy events
Support event logistics, vendor communication, and on-site setup
Coordinate promotional materials and ensure brand consistency
Track event registrations and maintain accurate reporting
Conduct outreach to prospective attendees and partners
Provide administrative support to the events and marketing team
Assist in post-event evaluations and performance analysis
