    We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Crew Member to join our operations team. This essential position is the backbone of our event rental business, responsible for preparing, organizing, maintaining, and managing our extensive inventory of rental equipment. Warehouse Crew Members ensure that every item leaving our facility is clean, in excellent condition, and ready to make events successful. This position offers opportunities to learn various skills and advance within our growing family business. Seasonal position. Begins mid to late March through November. Monday through Friday 730am to 530pm, with one day off during the week. No work on Saturday or Sunday.

    Inventory Management & Organization

    Pull, sort, and place event rental items for event preparation

    Organize warehouse space efficiently to maximize accessibility and workflow

    Maintain accurate inventory counts and locations

    Assist with receiving and processing returned rental items

    Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe at all times

    Equipment Preparation & Quality Control

    Clean and maintain all rental equipment including tents, tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, and flatware

    Inspect rental items before and after each use to ensure they meet company standards

    Identify and report damaged or worn equipment

    Perform minor repairs and maintenance on rental items as needed

    Polish, sanitize, and prepare items for upcoming events

    Ensure proper packaging of rental supplies to protect from damage during delivery

    Loading & Unloading Operations

    Load delivery trucks with event rental equipment according to delivery schedules and route plans

    Unload trucks upon return and sort items for cleaning and storage

    Verify equipment counts are accurate before trucks depart and after returns

    Use proper lifting techniques and equipment to safely move heavy items

    Operate hand trucks, dollies, and pallet jacks to transport materials

    Facility Maintenance

    Sweep, organize, and maintain warehouse cleanliness

    Dispose of waste and recycling properly

    Help maintain a safe working environment by following all safety protocols

    Report any facility maintenance needs or safety concerns

    Required Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent preferred

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic

    Ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions

    Basic math skills for counting and inventory management

    Flexibility to work varied schedules including some evenings and weekends during peak event seasons

    Physical capability to perform demanding work including:

    Lifting and carrying up to 50-80 pounds regularly

    Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and standing for extended periods

    Repetitive movements throughout the workday

    Working in warehouse environment with varying temperatures
