In this role, you will support the sales process from lead generation to event execution, ensuring that each client experience reflects the high standards of Chats Cloud Cover. Responsibilities
Coordinate with potential clients to understand event requirements and prepare tailored proposals.
Support the sales team in managing pipelines, scheduling consultations, and tracking client communications.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate event planning and logistics.
Assist with contracts, invoicing, and follow-up documentation.
Research industry trends and participate in internal planning meetings.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors, partners, and clients to ensure long-term collaboration.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
1–2 years of experience in event coordination, sales support, or client services.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Detail-oriented and solutions-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools preferred.
