    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate event-related sales activities from initial planning to execution

    • Support sales teams with scheduling, logistics, and client communications

    • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials for events

    • Maintain accurate records of event sales activities and client interactions

    • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth event operations

    • Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting and follow-up

    • Ensure all timelines, deliverables, and standards are met consistently
