We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Event Sales Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and execution of event-driven sales initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless communication between internal teams, clients, and event partners while supporting sales objectives from planning through post-event follow-up. Responsibilities
Coordinate event-related sales activities from initial planning to execution
Support sales teams with scheduling, logistics, and client communications
Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials for events
Maintain accurate records of event sales activities and client interactions
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth event operations
Track event performance and assist with post-event reporting and follow-up
Ensure all timelines, deliverables, and standards are met consistently
