    SharpContra is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Sales Coordinator to manage and grow our portfolio of event clients in the San Antonio area. In this role, you will coordinate sales activities, collaborate with clients to tailor event solutions, and ensure the successful execution of each project. This position requires a blend of sales acumen, event planning experience, and strong interpersonal skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach and client engagement

    • Consult with clients to understand their goals and customize event proposals

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of events

    • Manage timelines, budgets, and client expectations throughout the sales and planning process

    • Conduct site visits and attend events as needed

    • Maintain accurate records of client communications and project details

    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred

    • 2+ years of experience in event sales, coordination, or account management

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software

    • Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends during event dates
