We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in planning and executing corporate and promotional events. The Event Specialist will coordinate all aspects of event logistics, from concept through execution, ensuring a seamless and impactful experience for attendees and clients alike.
Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and execute corporate and promotional events from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to manage event logistics
Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure event success
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide performance analysis
Handle event setup, on-site coordination, and breakdown
Ensure all materials, signage, and branding are consistent with company standards
Maintain positive relationships with partners and clients throughout the planning process
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
2+ years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related role
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed during events
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event planning software is a plus
