    • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand event objectives and requirements.
    • Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
    • Develop detailed event timelines and ensure adherence to schedules.
    • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors and service providers.
