    Responsibilities

    • Plan and coordinate logistics for corporate events, conferences, seminars, and meetings

    • Collaborate with internal departments to determine event goals and requirements

    • Source and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and suppliers

    • Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and post-event reports

    • Ensure brand consistency across all event materials and experiences

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues during event setup and execution

    • Track event success metrics and implement improvements for future events

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field

    • 2+ years of professional experience in event planning or coordination

    • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
