We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our Event Staff team. As part of SkillBridge Academy’s event operations, you will play a key role in supporting and executing events that leave lasting impressions. You will work closely with our event managers, clients, and partners to ensure each detail is perfectly executed from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Greet and direct guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Support registration, check-in, and attendee management processes.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams during events.
Maintain event spaces to meet company standards of presentation.
Provide post-event support including breakdown, reporting, and follow-up assistance.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Prior experience in event support, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
Availability to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
