Location: Knoxville, TN Type: Part-Time / Seasonal Pay: $12–$15 hour (based on experience)

Weekend availability required

Are you someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team that brings joy to families and communities? Party Bounce House Rentals of Knoxville is hiring Event Staff & Setup Crew Members to help deliver unforgettable events all over East Tennessee!

What You’ll Do:

Set up and take down inflatable bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, mechanical bulls, dunk tanks and more

Greet customers and assist with event logistics

Ensure all equipment is clean, safe, and ready for fun

Provide friendly customer service and help maintain a positive party experience

Follow safety procedures and assist in keeping the event area neat and secure

We’re Looking For:

Dependable individuals who show up on time and work hard

People who take pride in their work and pay attention to details (especially safety!)

Team players who aren’t afraid to get a little dirty and lift heavy equipment

Bonus: Experience in events, photography, landscaping, moving, or warehouse work
