Job Overview: We are currently seeking qualified candidates to join our event staffing team at Ford Park Arena. As an integral part of our crew, you will have the flexibility to work based on event needs. Ideal candidates are punctual, professional, and customer-oriented individuals who take pride in their appearance and demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide friendly and efficient service to all event attendees.

Assist in various roles depending on event requirements, including but not limited to ticketing, guest services, concessions, and clean-up.

Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures set by Jani-Core, LLC, and Ford Park Arena.

Arrive on time and prepared for each assigned event.

Maintain a professional and presentable appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Previous experience in event staffing or customer service preferred.

Must have reliable transportation to and from events.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules.

Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to all policies and procedures.
