    We are an Event Planning company seeking an Event & Warehouse Team Member & Driver to join our team. You will be responsible for warehouse operations and assisting with event logistics, including receiving, storing, handling, and preparing products for delivery. This role also involves safely transporting items and maintaining the warehouse in an organized, safe condition and being able to drive 18ft box trucks.

    Schedule Part-time to full-time opportunity Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm

    Responsibilities

    Receive, store, and organize inventory in the warehouse

    Load and unload a 18ft+ box truck efficiently and securely

    Transport event props, décor, backdrops, fabrics, flooring, and rental items

    Clean, package, wrap, and handle all props and fragile items, including vases and florals

    Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards

    Assess and prioritize tasks to support event deadlines

    Requirements

    MUST HAVE EVENT INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE

    2+ years of warehouse experience

    Clean driving record

    Ability to drive a 18ft+ box truck (required)

    Able to lift 50+ lbs independently

    Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
