As an integral part of our event management team, you will play a crucial role in the preparation and execution of various events, including corporate gatherings, weddings, and community events.
Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces according to client specifications.
• Transport furniture, equipment, and decorations to and from event locations.
• Ensure that all materials and equipment are accounted for before and after events.
• Work closely with event coordinators and other staff to ensure all requirements are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment before, during, and after events.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries during setups.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in event setup, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects repeatedly.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Flexible schedule with availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow directions and work independently as needed.
