Responsibilities

• Assist with event planning, scheduling, logistics, and on-site coordination.

• Support in preparing event materials, documentation, and communications.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.

• Help maintain event timelines, task lists, and follow-up reports.

• Coordinate vendors, supplies, and setup arrangements as needed.

• Provide onsite assistance during events to ensure seamless execution.

• Contribute to improving event processes and enhancing the attendee experience.
