We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Assistant to join our dynamic team in Toledo, OH. This role supports the planning and execution of corporate events, promotional activities, and brand experiences. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys working behind the scenes to make events run smoothly.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and logistics of on-site and off-site events
Support the Events Manager in scheduling, venue booking, and vendor communication
Prepare and track event materials, supplies, and inventory
Help manage event registration, guest lists, and attendee communications
Ensure all branding and presentation materials meet company standards
Monitor event timelines and provide real-time support during live events
Collect feedback and compile post-event reports
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Hospitality, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt quickly under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic knowledge of event planning tools
Availability for occasional travel and flexible hours as needed for events
