We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events that reflect our brand’s values and vision. The ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and passionate about delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities
Assist in organizing corporate events, workshops, and community engagements
Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendor communication, and materials preparation
Maintain event timelines and schedules
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution
Handle administrative tasks such as reports, invoices, and post-event evaluations
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align messaging and branding
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed
