    Responsibilities

    • Assist in organizing corporate events, workshops, and community engagements

    • Coordinate logistics including venue setup, vendor communication, and materials preparation

    • Maintain event timelines and schedules

    • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth execution

    • Handle administrative tasks such as reports, invoices, and post-event evaluations

    • Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align messaging and branding

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field

    • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings or weekends as needed
