We are seeking a driven and polished Events Assistant to support the execution of high-quality events for our clients. This role plays a vital part in ensuring all event logistics, communications, and operational details run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to maintain a high level of professionalism while juggling multiple priorities. You will work closely with our events leadership team to bring each event from concept to reality.
Responsibilities
Assist with event planning, coordination, and day-of execution.
Manage logistical tasks including scheduling, vendor communication, materials preparation, and follow-up.
Support the creation and maintenance of event timelines, checklists, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all requirements are completed accurately and on time.
Conduct event research, venue comparisons, and procurement of necessary resources.
Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Track event expenses and assist in maintaining budget accuracy.
