Responsibilities
Assist in planning and coordinating all phases of events, from setup to breakdown
Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure seamless logistics
Prepare event materials, timelines, checklists, and run-of-show documents
Attend on-site events to support operations and ensure smooth execution
Manage event inventories, shipping logistics, and supplies
Provide administrative support, including data entry, scheduling, and reporting
Help monitor budgets and track event expenses
Maintain clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualifications
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
1+ year of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to multitask and adapt under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends
