We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of a variety of events that reflect the identity and vision of our clients. You will work closely with our events team to ensure every project runs smoothly, on time, and with excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning and execution of corporate, promotional, and client-focused events.

• Coordinate logistics including scheduling, vendor communication, and venue arrangements.

• Support on-site event setup, registration, and breakdown.

• Maintain organized records of event timelines, budgets, and materials.

• Ensure brand consistency and high-quality delivery across all event touchpoints.

• Provide administrative support to the events team as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends for events.
