Events Assistant We are seeking a passionate and motivated individuals to join our Events Team. As a team member, you will play a vital role in organizing, supporting, and executing fundraising events to help us achieve our mission. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating fundraising events, ensuring smooth operations
Engage with event attendees to promote our organization and its initiatives
Support donor engagement activities during events, including sign-ups and donations
Help set up, manage, and tidy event spaces before, during, and after the event
Promote awareness of upcoming events through community outreach
Collect and record donations and participant information accurately
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new fundraising ideas and strategies
Provide excellent customer service and represent the organization professionally at all times
Assist with post-event follow-up communication to maximize donor retention
Qualifications:
Enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Organized with attention to detail
Prior experience in event planning or fundraising is a plus but not required
