We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and energetic Events Assistant to join our team. The Events Assistant will support the Events Manager in planning, organizing, and executing both corporate and private events. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating logistics for events, including vendor communication, venue setup, and schedule management
Prepare event materials such as signage, guest lists, and event kits
Support on-site event execution including setup, registration, and breakdown
Maintain accurate records of event budgets, invoices, and documentation
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure event needs are met
Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports
Monitor inventory of event supplies and order new materials when needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or related field preferred
Minimum of 1 year of experience in event coordination or a related field
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work evenings and weekends as required
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during events
