Events Assistant - Sales Team

Brand Fusion is growing its Event Sales Team in Metairie and hiring an Events Assistant to represent client brands at promotional events and retail campaigns. This is an entry-level, in-person role — no sales experience required, just strong people skills and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Do

Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner

Promote products and services and explain key features and benefits

Build rapport and deliver a strong customer experience

Guide customers through purchases or registrations

Work toward individual and team sales goals

Represent client brands at events and promotional campaigns

Work collaboratively in a supportive team environment

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

Confidence speaking with customers face-to-face

Comfortable working as part of a team

A proactive, results-driven mindset

Willingness to learn and take feedback

Experience in retail, hospitality, sales, events, or customer service is a plus, but not required. We also welcome transferable skills from university, internships, volunteering, sports, or part-time work.

Pay & Benefits

Weekly earnings, $825–$1,175 per week (base pay plus commission and performance bonuses)
