Skillbridge Academy is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Events Assistant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and on-site activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring events run smoothly from preparation to completion while maintaining high standards of professionalism and organization. Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events and on-site operations
Support event setup, breakdown, and logistical organization
Coordinate schedules, materials, and resources required for each event
Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and on-site personnel
Ensure event activities align with established guidelines and timelines
Provide on-site support to address operational needs as they arise
Maintain accurate records, checklists, and event documentation
